October Art Jam
okay, I'm going to be a bit strict on the schedual here. the end of this is maybe 3 weeks or a month. So maybe we can do something for Halloween I'm sure everyone wants to do some gorey Zombie for the holiday.
But maybe not, okay 3 weeks is the dead line, and this is the theme.... two things.
A. the most beautiful woman in the world PAM GRIER!
yup, the one the only. You know when I was doodling the Black Canary piece we did a few months back. I came to realization. Pam Grier is the REAL Black Canary, she's no saint like Wonder Woman, she's got flaws and enjoys her own sexuality.
So with that, Feel free to have fun, campy, gritty, silly if you want.
no audio on this, but it's a wonderful scene in Foxy Brown
B. this is a must, you have to have most famious co-star. The man who's been in MOST of her films, SID HAIG!
they are a duo been together for a long time and both unappreciated till now.
Just have fun with it, I want this to be more like Exploitation poster art, where even Pam Grier didn't look the way she did on the posters.

Art Jam- Stuh-reet Fighterrr!
Hi guys!
I didn't realise it was my turn until prompted by Sinistar this morning so this is a bit of a rush job but I think it'll be fun!
In short, it's Street Fighter characters! It's pretty open, it can be any character you like, a Street Fighter vs... style mash-up, or a new alternate costume for your favourite combatant- as long as it's a Street Fighter character it's fair game!
Here are a few choice drawings by some of Capcom's monstrously talented artists, I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

Art Jam: I. Am. Batman (beyond)
You never really get to appreciate the idea of Batman beyond in the cartoons until you've seen a portrait of him. The suit is the definition of "skin tight" when it wraps around the lips to where you look more gargoyle than savior.
And after seeing this comic cover, I must admit that I want to see more of the future Batman. Cool doesn't even do it justice to me anymore. So there you have it! Show me how beyond Batman can get. Extra internet points if you include more of the cast from the cartoons.

First time posting on the group, hope you enjoy
well here's my work process
Never read princess of mars, I was using Frazetta and Art Adams as influences
I went really fast into coloring, had a quick idea how I wanted to lay down the composition. The idea is she's petting her banth that's sensing an enemy coming soon.
A bit closer to the final piece, still didn't know how to make her react to the approaching threat, and her head dress is design to look like a frazetta painting.
