katara W.I.P

Phew,got the Toph pic done now on to mighty katara,I'm going to try make her a little more mature in this one maybe 18 or 20,her costume in this one is going to be a blend of the 1st Season get-up and her as the painted Lady,also I'm going to try to make her hair feel and look like water,I always thought that katara's hair should be aloud to be free,what do guys think?

Toph WIP edit + Power Girl Fix

I gotta say that I'm loving this image. I just had to add in what my mind see's when it's looking at this and the concept is just amazing. I've always wanted to draw an awesome Toph but the idea never came to me on what it would be like but seeing this is brilliant.

Don't be afraid to obscure her a little bit with more rocks. And there should be a lot of dust falling around her because of all the rocks she's moving. I've gotta say, this image is going to end up looking boss and it'll be one of the best Toph images around imo.

Okay, got that out of the way. Now I'm just gonna upload a fixed version of Power Girl with not as bright blue gloves and boots. It was way too distracting to me so I had to fix it up just a bit. Also, the skin was a bit yellow so fixed that as well. Or, at least I hope I did. I can't tell on this screen is the problem.

You know what I haven't drawn in far too long? Venom. ooo, or Carnage. Well, with the last art jam going comic bookie and getting me in the comic groove, I think this go round we should draw Venom, Carnage or both together. I think that would be awesome with a creative group like this.

Rock On! Toph W.I.P

Ok,this was an improve meant of a pick I did like 2 years ago,so be nice lol do u think I should leave it as it is,or crop it down?

New Power Girl drawing

Such a fantastic concept as this jam was, I had to do another Power Girl drawing. Something more dynamic that plays better to my strengths was needed, I felt.

And so that's what I did. I need to practice forced perspective more but I really wanted to do something nice with her. I'll end up inking and coloring this one and that'll be for my end of the jam. But before I do that, some feedback would be nice. The pose feels stiff and I wasn't sure what to do with her right arm. I'm thinking of bending it closer to her waist with the fist out more and maybe rotating her left arm down a bit. I'll also make her head a tad bigger.


Lets see, so I'm the next one to pick for the jam right? I'll make a new topic post for the next jam in a little bit.

I'm kinda under the weather at the moment with the flu but I managed to tear myself away from my bed to do a quick paint sketch and draw over. I probably finish this when the Fox Die has left my system.
