Well this was interesting and fun. It took me a little while to settle on a single idea but I decided to go with the forest ape man with the big foots himself, The Yeti. This is just my fun idea on him. Turned out to be really fun and creative when I went with the thin limb approach. I wanted to also give him some nasty little clumps of fur on his crotch too. Not sure if it comes across like that or not. Anyway, I'm looking forward to the next one now! My creative juices are on overflow atm.
The impact of this is instant dude. I can almost picture his slow, sloth like movements. I like how you render hair in clumps instead of just randomly drawing lines everywhere. The hands echo an un-evolved man sort of which with the forest debris is a great touch.
ReplyDeleteI think I could've done something different with the face but I did like the idea of having his hair parted on his back, legs and arms. Sort of like a sloth in a way. On the whole, I'm really happy with this. Thanks dude!
