Juri Han Suggestions
Here are just my sketches on the Juri by Hex. I shrunk the head and thinned the back just a bit. I also fixed her chin, made the right eye smaller and evened out her hair to fit the head better. Another suggestion would be to just straighten out her left arm and have it more relaxed to her side.

Glad you beat me to the punch with this draw-over. It's pretty much what I would have suggested.
